How the Service Works
• We’ll supply and install secure, lockable shredding consoles — free of charge.
• Your staff simply deposit confidential paperwork into the console’s slot, keeping sensitive information safe until collection.
• On your scheduled service date (typically every 4 weeks), our uniformed driver will service each console by removing the internal hanging sack and transferring its contents into a lockable 240L wheelie bin for safe transport to our shredding truck.
• All material is shredded on-site at your premises in our GPS-tracked mobile shredding unit, under full CCTV monitoring for transparency and peace of mind.
• You’ll receive a Certificate of Destruction after every service for your compliance records.

At what frequency do you reccomend we set the shredding service schedule
By defauly and typicaly our customers receive service on a 4 weelky cycle. Many customer in different industries would have a need for more reqular service which we can set each according to their needs. It is not unusual for service to be on a weekly or twice weekly schedule esp in the legal sector.
